How do you ship your orders?

Once your order is received and your credit card is approved, orders within the US are shipped within 3-5 business days. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to shipping and order backups. Once your product has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, so you can track your package.

What if an item is out of stock?
